Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Pike County, Missouri. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 5+ years on the tools preferred.
