Immediate opening: powder coating technician (Louisiana)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. The job is at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
