Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Essex, England. You will work at a busy body shop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing On a typical shift you will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels.
