Now hiring: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Phillips County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
