TIG welder wanted in Pembrokeshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a TIG welder in Pembrokeshire, Wales. You will be based at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. On the job you will handle: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size You should have: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot £2,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
