CO2 welder wanted in Flagler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Flagler County, Florida. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Your main tasks: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
