Urgent requirement: CNC mill setter-operator (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Person County, North Carolina. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience On a typical shift you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
