Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery On a typical shift you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; check for underground cables and services before digging; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension.
