The role involves: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Part-time with flexible hours.
