Elevator service technician wanted in Crook County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Crook County, Oregon. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. On a typical shift you will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
