Canteen cook — Hodgeman County

Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
