Vacancy available: back-of-house cleaner (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Knox County, Indiana. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure We offer $170 per day plus benefits.
