Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid digital tachograph card Day to day you will plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays.
