We are recruiting: paint booth operator (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Columbus County, North Carolina. You will be based at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
