Vacancy available: line cook (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Clay County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
