Groundworker — Sussex County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundworker in Sussex County, Virginia. You will be based on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
