Great opportunity: powder coater (New York)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Onondaga County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time with occasional weekends.
