Dish pit attendant wanted in Wilkin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Wilkin County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts.
