Now hiring: we are hiring a marble fixer in Tyrrell County, North Carolina. The job is on a residential building site. The role involves: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
