Fine-dining server wanted in Lisburn and Castlereagh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Lisburn and Castlereagh, Northern Ireland. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes.
