Gas metal arc welder — Tangipahoa Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a busy production line. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent On the job you will handle: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
