Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
