Waiter — Aberdeen City

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Aberdeen City, Scotland. You will be based at a beach resort. The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
