Vacancy available: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Jackson County, Tennessee. You will work on a structural steel site. You will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Ideal candidate: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
