Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Lewis County, Idaho. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service 3+ years on the tools preferred.
