Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Morris County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
