Requirements: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators.
