Vacancy available: rebar worker (Idaho)

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar worker in Lewis County, Idaho. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
