Gas appliance installer wanted in Kent County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Kent County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
