CO2 welder wanted in Ido

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Ido, Oyo State. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Your main tasks: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints Rotating shifts.
