Join our team: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Pinal County, Arizona. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. The role involves fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile. Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
