Cake decorator wanted in Spencer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Spencer County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
