Power press operator wanted in Cook County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a power press operator in Cook County, Georgia. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. On the job you will handle: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
