Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Marshall County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious On a typical shift you will locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate.
