What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience.
