Production machine operator • Furnas County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production machine operator in Furnas County, Nebraska. The job is at an injection moulding unit. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
