HSE officer • Miami County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HSE officer in Miami County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry You should have: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Six days a week, one day off.
