Service technician — Ketchikan Gateway Borough

Now hiring: we are hiring a service technician in Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Alaska. You will work at a busy car service centre. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • Confident using diagnostic scan tools Day to day you will diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool; recharge and service the air-conditioning system; replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters; service and replace timing belts and chains; carry out suspension and steering repairs; bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear.
