Vacancy available: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Webster Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience.
