Aluminium tig welder — Clay County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Clay County, Kansas. The role involves: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Requirements: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
