Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete worker in Wahkiakum County, Washington. The job is at an infrastructure site. Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers On a typical shift you will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
