The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
