Great opportunity: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Hardin County, Iowa. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. The role involves read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Rotating shifts. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
