Urgent requirement: head baker (South Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Pickens County, South Carolina. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
