Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Seneca County, New York. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
