Production line inspector — City of Martinsville

Now hiring: we are hiring a production line inspector in City of Martinsville, Virginia. The role involves: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
