Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in McMinn County, Tennessee. The job is at an automotive components factory. You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
