Concrete shuttering carpenter wanted in City of Franklin

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in City of Franklin, Virginia. You will be based on a residential tower site. On the job you will handle: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Overtime paid at a premium rate.
