Trainee butcher • Oneida County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Oneida County, Wisconsin. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. 5+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
