Now hiring: we are hiring a power press operator in Augusta County, Virginia. You will apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; record output and downtime on the production sheet; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
